Through individual or group holistic experiences, Karina weaves wellness programmes, nature engagement programmes, personal development and live experiences that combine ancient wisdom, creative approaches, and archetypal embodiment with the healing power of nature.

The new era invites the rediscovery of inner intelligence, creative purpose and collaborative resilience rooted in the connection with the earth and aligned communities. The dream is to strengthen human capacities that are rooted in our souls, bodies and minds (in that order) through the practice of Awakened Leadership, which can be available to everyone.

I'm Karina
Karina Abramova is a nature-led transformational guide for holistic wellbeing, conscious community builder, and a shamanic creative. She spent 20 years as a global business executive in technology, innovation, brand-building and cultural insight, working with some of the world’s most recognised and future-facing brands.
In 2020 Karina saw that the world would need daring solutions to meet the challenges of the next 20 years. The boldest act is to change ourselves! She committed to a journey of living in balance with the earth, her soul, body and mind.
After diving into environmental studies, art activism, and indigenous wisdom, Karina developed a set of tools for courageous transformation, unflinching resilience and self-determination.
