Walking people through thresholds
I am honoured to walk alongside people in the moments that ask everything of them.
The ones standing at a crossroads, grieving an old self, overwhelmed by a becoming they can feel but not yet name. What my clients describe again and again is the same movement: from hidden to seen, from fragmented to whole, from stuck to evolved, from spiralling to peace. They come in confused and disconnected, and they leave clearer, more embodied, more themselves. They come home to themselves, are met exactly where they needed, they feel seen in the parts they'd learned to hide.
This is not gentle work and it is not for the faint of heart. It asks you to look at yourself, to take ownership of your patterns, to stay true to your own story. What I offer is a mirror, a strategy, a set of varied tools, and a steady hand across the threshold.
